Service Description

Building a movement practice you'll love together. We'll work with the equipment and props you have available. We'll work on accessibility in the exercises and movements. We'll work on strength and flexibility. *3% fee added for online bookings

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment without giving a minimum of 24 hour, you will be charged the full amount for your session. Workshops have a cannot be refunded. Teacher Training Programs have a separate policy related to cancellation - see your signed agreement.
