Look at me.
I love where I’m at and there is so much VALUE in having teachers of all shapes and sizes and coming from all walks of life.

During the last Training Workshop, my trainees and I spent 5+ hours together and all they did all day was ask me questions (about anything and everything), explored on the equipment, and practice taught different people.
I am so grateful to have great people around me who are always willing to pop in and be practice students during training workshops. All students have different experiences with Pilates and movement, which makes it such a fun experience!
[Inquiring minds? Yes, please.]
Have you ever thought about teaching movement to people?
If so, what stopped you?
In my trainings:
ALL BODIES ARE WELCOME.
TRAINEES ARE SUPPORTED BASED ON INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.
ALL LEARNING STYLES ARE APPLAUDED.
WE LEARN HOW TO TEACH PEOPLE [NOT JUST EXERCISES].
