OPEN TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BALANCE OUT BOTH SIDES OF THEIR BODY - OR ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO EXPERIENCE CLASSICAL MAT PILATES!!!


This 3.5-hour workshop focuses on enhancing flexibility, building core strength, and helping restore imbalances. It's especially beneficial for martial artists, who often develop one-sided preferences due to repetitive movements in some poomsae and in free sparring. These asymmetries may eventually hinder advanced practice.


Rachel will lead participants through a carefully chosen sequence of Pilates exercises designed to reduce imbalances and foster a more balanced, resilient, and powerful body. Consistent practice of this 15-20 minute sequence three times a week will lead to increased strength, flexibility, and overall balance for all practitioners.

  • Body Shapes & Spine Movements

  • Supporting and Challenging any exercise
