What Does
"Size Diverse"
Actually Mean??

Yes, I am living, practicing, and teaching in a bigger/plus-size body.

Yes, I love focusing on those who have struggled to find their place in fitness, movement, and Pilates spaces.

ALL bodies have the right to ENJOY movement and feel SAFE while moving.

Is my business and program rooted in creating space for people in bigger bodies? YES!!

However, Size Diverse doesn't just mean bigger or plus-size.

It means ALL SHAPES & SIZES!!

We are ALL different and that needs to be seen and accepted.

We can also break it down to just "Diverse".

As teachers, we must be able to teach the person in front of us with no judgements or self-imposed expectations. Regardless of body shape or size or "conditions", we must be able give clients what they need to do the work they want to learn.

So, yes, "Size Diverse" is rooted in the fact that I am a plus-size Pilates teacher, but I know how to teach the client in front of me...and I WANT to help others do the same thing while creating safe spaces, opportunities, and possibilities!

ARE YOU INTERESTING IN TEACHING PILATES, BUT THOUGHT YOU COULDN'T BECAUSE OF YOUR SIZE?

WE'VE GOT YOU!

Come as you are. You are welcome here.
