Included in program: - 6 Weekend Workshops = 66 hours - 1 Extra Move, Observe, Learn, Teach Session = 5 hours - Full Color Manuals - Physical copy for US residents; electronic for outside US - Access to Teachable Course(s) - Video Libraries - Learn how to focus on the fundamentals. - Learn body shapes and movements. - Learn how to support and challenge your clients. - Learn how to teach all types of bodies (sizes, shapes, abilities). - Learn from someone who understands what it's like to live and practice Pilates in a larger body size. - Learn how all the exercises are connected to each other. - Learn how to use props with purpose. - Learn from someone who has studied learning styles and has trained people using every learning style for over 20 years. - Learn from someone who is and teaches neurodivergent individuals. - Learn how to utilize external cues and fewer cues to benefit more types of clients. - Learn why some cues are problematic.
